الملخص

اعتنى القرآن الكريم بتنظيم الحياة البشرية تنظيماً متكاملاً شاملاً أوجه الحياة كافة ، ومن ذلك تنظيم التعامل بالمال ؛ لأنه عصب الحياة ، واحترم ملكية الأفراد له وجعل حقهم فيه مقدسا لا يحل لأحد أن يعتدي عليه بأي وجه من الوجوه ، واعتبر كل مال يؤخذ بغير وجه حق باطلاً ، ومنه الربا ، فقد وردت آيات كثيرة تدعو الى تحريمه والتعامل به لما ينتج عنه من أضرار نفسية واجتماعية واقتصادية كبيرة .The Holy Qur'an is concerned with organizing human life in an integrated and comprehensive organization of all aspects of life, including the organization of dealing with money, because it is the backbone of life, and it respects the ownership of individuals and makes their right to it sacred and it is not permissible for anyone to attack it in any way, and considers every money taken unjustly invalid, including usury, as there are many verses calling for its prohibition because of the great psychological, social and economic damage it causes
