Phonological significance is one of the modern names that occupied a large part of linguistic studies among the ancients and moderns. Care has increased in researching its issues, problems, and nomenclature in the ancient and present era. Such studies were called (phonology). Our early Arab scholars paid great attention to sound in their books, so it was Abu Ali Al-Farsi paid attention to sound, as he dealt with the topic of inflection in his book Al-Mu’allaqah, and his attention was to the phonetic changes that occur in words through the differences in words he presented, as he sought to direct the meaning according to the connotations of the sounds
