Abstract

Arabic poetry is not devoid of a relationship to the well-known dualism ((absence / presence)) in general in its poetic verses, and its various poems through the ages, and with regard to this phenomenon, i.e. the phenomenon (absence / presence of characters) in particular in Arab-Andalusian poetry; Poetry is based on this phenomenon and on the strength of dialectic between them.  The more intense the dialectic between (absence/presence), the stronger the poetic texts, the more aesthetic, the more influential, and the better the expression. Thus, the binary law (absence/presence) is the one that governs Andalusian poetry and directs the course of the Andalusian poetic poem and gives it various functions, including: the cultural function,  And the social function, the political function,
