Abstract

The research showed that the verses of rulings are unlimited, as it went to not requiring knowledge of logic for the mujtahid and that it is not one of the conditions of ijtihad, but rather what is considered is only the determination of evidence and its components, whether that was done by logic or otherwise.

The research confirmed the preference of Al-Tawfi (may Allah have mercy on him) to say that the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) ijtihad is permissible in what there is no text in it.
