Abstract

The study included the political role of poets under the Samanid state in Transoxiana, specifically (Bukhara) because it was their capital through the book “Yatima al-Dahr” by al-Tha’alibi. The role of poets in the Samanid rule was clarified through their political poems that were in praise of princes and ministers or in satire of them
