Abstract

     This research entitled (The Jurisprudential Choices of Imam Al-Maqdisi in the Chapter on the Punishment of Drunkenness: Selected Issues), I have explained in it the meaning of drunkenness and wine and the ruling on wine, and whoever is found drunk or vomits wine, and fermentation in gourds, wheat, naqir and tar, and mixtures, which is to ferment two things such as dates and raisins, and a conclusion in which I have explained the results I have reached.
