This research examines "The Ruling on Weak Verbs in Tamhid al-Qawa'id by Nazir al-Jaysh", analyzing the grammatical issues in the book that were considered weak according to syntactic standards. The study traces nine weak grammatical issues, discussing the opinions of earlier and later scholars on them while identifying the reasons for their weakness and the nature of grammatical disagreements surrounding them The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach and concludes that some of these issues stem from phonetic or morphological reasons, while others arise from doctrinal differences between grammatical schools. It also reveals that Nazir al-Jaysh was influenced by the Basran school in many of his views, though he occasionally cited opposing opinions
