Abstract

       Letters are one of the most important components and pillars of the principles of jurisprudence, and they have a clear influence on the formulation of legal rulings from legal sources. There is a close relationship between the science of jurisprudence and the Arabic language, one aspect of which is letters, as one of the components of a word is the letter, which is considered a part of the noun and verb.
