Abstract

      The research addressed the use of the conditional by the poets of enlightenment after it as a style consisting of two sentences fused into one sentence to convey a meaning in the poet’s mind, and most of it is advice and guidance for what the recipient will face in the near future, as the enlightenment poet works to improve the near future in order to then move towards the distant and then the farther. The research dealt with the conditional style according to the stylistic approach in analyzing texts, which depends on studying the linguistic possibilities available from among a group of linguistic options.
