The architecture of mosques in the city of Mosul is a cultural heritage, as it contains architectural and artistic designs, decorations, and building materials that represent a historical and heritage aspect that reflects Islamic authenticity throughout the ages. It has varied between Umayyad, Abbasid, Zengid, and Ottoman styles.
