Abstract

Abdul sahib Alwan considers as of the national characters who left a mark in the way of advancing of the agrarian reform. The research dealt with his birth and family in addition to his hobbies and characterstics, it concluded with his studies. The importance of the  study begins with clarification of the influence of its social roots has to refine his personality and then to put his thoughts which he believed and changed from theoretical sights to existence
