Abstract

Al-sadar would trance among three phenomena in holding Islamic state , the first one is Shura , the second one is Wilayat Al-Faqeeh ,and the third one is Al-Wasatiya, by collecting between the Shura and Welayat Al-Faqeeh.

Al-Sadar spacified the basic details in law specially the Islamic state .the state had two sides
