This research examines selected poems by Jamil Sidqi al-Zahawi to explore the depths of the social dimension and its semiotic representation in his work. The study's role lies in uncovering these latent semiotic elements and focusing on them. The research is divided into two main axes.
The first axis addresses the theoretical aspect of semiotics, tracing its origins in the West and subsequently in the Arab world.
