The Silk Road is one of the greatest trade and Cultural Networks in human history, as it was not just a corridor for the exchange of goods between East and West, but it was a civilizational bridge through which ideas, religions, arts and Sciences crossed
The modern Silk Road, despite being based on an ancient historical cultural heritage, does not represent a direct extension of its traditional function, but constitutes a new Re–employment in a global political and economic framework, in which historical symbolism is used to strengthen regional and international influence and balances.
