Abstract

The concept of cultural heritage was defined by the Council of Europe as "a set of resources and customs inherited from the past that people identify independently of subjectivity, as a reflection and expression of their ever-evolving values, beliefs, knowledge and traditions, and encompassing all aspects of the environment resulting from the interaction between people and places over time"
