Abstract

It is a Sunnah in which it begins with the intention to perform the prayer during a lunar eclipse or a solar eclipse. It is two rak’ahs (bowing)s in each of them, there are two standings and two bowings. It is not allowed to add a third rak’ah when the eclipse continues, or to limit it to one rak’ah when the eclipse is in quick exposure. It is desirable to perform it communaly  and to recite aloud during a lunar eclipse,and secretly in the solar eclipse, after that the Imam delivers two sermons
