Abstract

Even if the operative word is intelligible from the word, since it is understood from the meaning of the word as an utterance, it is designated by the name of the operative word, and everything else remains defined in the common general meaning, distinguishing between the two matters.

The research showed that the meaning of the word is from what is spoken, and if the word comes from the law, it must be interpreted according to its legal meaning, such as prayer, which is the meaning of the law, which are specific actions. If the law does not have a concept in it, it must be interpreted according to its meaning according to custom.
