The jurisprudential rules emanating from the teachings of the true religion based on what is stated in the Holy Quran and Hadith constitute the general rule on which the urban fabric of the ancient Islamic cities is based, whether in the Orient or the Islamic Maghreb, Which achieved a balance and an organic connection between the spiritual and physical side of the population,And the jurisprudential rules have taken a clear seat in the pages of the authors of ancient times, In order to raise awareness of the importance and role in the organization of the building so as not to mount one on anyone, and perhaps the book of the Declaration of the provisions of the structure of Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Lakhami, known as Ibn al-Rami and The book of the wall of Issa ibn Musa al-Tilili is best example,Among the most important jurisprudential rules adopted in the construction of ancient cities is the base of no harm, no foul,Which strictly prohibits any person from causing harm during the construction of a dwelling or other buildings to those around him, Add to that there is a rule and if the correct expression began to be called inward,It means preserving the sanctity of the people of the house from the public view of the people through the opening of the courtyard inside the house and surrounded by rooms that open windows on it, This is an embodiment of the teachings of the true religion,It seems that such doctrinal rules have largely disappeared from the modern urban concept in our contemporary cities.
