Abstract

This paper deals with the most important subject of transaction Fiqh, it is (AL-Dabh )book. this search high lights ruling on eating slaughter source; Scholars were elaborate sacrifices and the conditions they have set for the slayer and the sacrifice and machine of slaughter; and Fatwas contemporary scholars،  scientists and fatwas jurisprudence academies showed the ways that modern slaughter which appeared in our town or in meat exporting meat from Western countries،  to find out the end of the search statement of ruling the meat that do not know the source and do not know how they were slaughtered; The subject acquired its importance to the fact that the slaughter is not the normal things that the human act whatever he wants،  but it is of worship things that Muslim must follow its regulations.
